Data Entry / MIS

Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, maintain accurate financial records, and be proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update accounts using Tally.
• Perform accurate data entry of invoices, vouchers, and transactions.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Manage daily accounting records and financial documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and documentation.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Tally Prime
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Account Management and record maintenance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• EligibilityGraduate or pursuing graduation (Commerce preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Tally and accounting (Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
