JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in digital systems. The role requires attention to detail, typing speed, and basic computer knowledge to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILTY :
- Enter and update data into computer systems or databases
- Verify accuracy of data before and after entry
- Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- Maintain records and files (digital or physical)
- Retrieve data as requested by management or clients
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports
