Debt Recovery Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Debt Collection Telecaller to handle overdue accounts and follow up with customers for pending payments. The candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation ability, and basic knowledge of collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Explain repayment options and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
• Follow up regularly on pending accounts.
• Update call records and payment status in the system.
• Coordinate with field executives and team leaders when required.
• Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
• Handle customer queries related to payments and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during calls.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure and targets.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience0–3 years in telecalling, customer service, or debt collection.
