- Order Verification: Checking invoices and items before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.

- Customer Service: Handling payments, providing receipts, and addressing customer queries.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Following hygiene standards for sensitive medical items and adhering to traffic rules.
- Returns Management: Processing return of expired or incorrect medications.
