Job Description

  • All riders to report on time (8:30 AM) at store
  • Batched pickup at 9:00 AM will be done only if the 59-minute delivery TAT can be maintained through the allocation mechanism.
  • If the TAT is at risk of breach, the rider will pick single orders instead of batch.
  • Initially, one rider will be assigned per store.
  • Riders will operate through the Rider Executive App, which will track login hours, performance, and order execution
  • Service Request Type: SPMD – 1 Hour Slot, Average Order Weight: 1 KG, Maximum Order Weight: 2 KG, Delivery Radius: Up to 8 KM
