Location: Delhi (Willing to travel across India)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (Fixed)

Additional Benefits:

• incentives on the property that is closed (Potential to earn ₹50,000–₹60,000/month in incentives)
• Travel allowance (Actuals : ie if the executive has to travel, then travel allowance would be provided)

Our team has delivered projects across 27+ cities, including dark stores, retail outlets, and cloud kitchens, while offering project and program management as our core services.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across cities to scout commercial properties based on client requirements.
• Identify shops, warehouses, dark stores, and commercial spaces.
• Meet and coordinate with brokers, landlords, and property agents.
• Capture site photographs and videos, measure site dimensions, and collect property details.
• Share daily reports including property details, rental information, GPS coordinates (Latitude & Longitude), and owner/broker contact information.
• Coordinate and assist during client site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and property owners.
• Stay updated on commercial property availability in assigned markets.

Requirements

• Prior field experience with companies such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, Porter, Dunzo, Shadowfax, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with extensive travel across India.
• Must own a two-wheeler.
• Must possess a valid driving licence.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Diploma.
• Experience in property scouting, field sales, or last-mile operations will be an added advantage.
