Job Brief
We are urgently hiring 60 Delivery Executives across four zones in Delhi to manage last-mile delivery operations. You'll be responsible for picking up packages from the local hub and delivering them safely and on time to customers, while maintaining professionalism and using the delivery app correctly.

Salary & Earnings
Payout: ₹55 per delivery
Monthly Earnings: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on daily delivery volume)
Incentives: Additional weekly/monthly performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Collect packages from the hub and deliver via the most efficient route
Verify order details, addresses, and delivery instructions before leaving the hub
Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) and reconcile online payments
Update order status (Delivered/Undelivered/Rescheduled) on the delivery app
Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers
Requirements
Education: Minimum 10th pass preferred (not mandatory if experienced)
Own Assets: Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) + Android smartphone with active internet
Documents Required:
Valid Driving License (DL)
Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
Vehicle RC & Insurance
Bank account details (for salary transfer)
Skills: Basic knowledge of local routes, ability to use Google Maps, basic reading skills (Hindi/English)
