Job Title: Desktop Support Site Engineer

Location: Moti Nagar Delhi

Experience: 1–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Desktop Support Site Engineer to provide on-site technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, network devices, and end-user IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations at the client site.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide desktop and laptop support to end users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and software installations.
  • Configure and support email clients such as Outlook.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Support LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Respond to service tickets within defined SLA timelines.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance.
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
  • Experience with desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Understanding of remote support tools.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently at client sites.
  • Preferred QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Gatuate in Any Stream.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent are an advantage.
