- Key Responsibilities
Diet & Nutrition Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and understand health goals
- Create customized diet plans as per client requirements
- Guide clients on weight loss, inch loss, lifestyle correction, and healthy eating habits
- Monitor client progress and provide regular modifications in diet plans
- Maintain client records and health reports
- Motivate clients to stay consistent with their wellness journey
Sales & Follow-Up Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, references, and marketing campaigns
- Convert inquiries into paid clients through effective communication
- Handle renewal follow-ups and client retention
- Coordinate with existing clients for progress updates and feedback
- Maintain follow-up data and CRM updates
- Ensure timely response to WhatsApp messages and calls
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and diet planning
- Excellent communication and counselling skills
- Confidence in client handling and sales conversations
- Good follow-up and persuasion abilities
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Positive, empathetic, and energetic personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Certification in Clinical Nutrition or Weight Management is a plus
