Yash Skill Hub is an ISO-certified, Tally-authorized skill training institute that has trained 5,000+ students in Accounting/GST, Excel, Spoken English, and Digital Marketing. We are expanding into online courses and are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing professional to join our core team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Trainer who can teach students practical, job-ready, industry-current skills — including modern AI-powered marketing tools — and also help manage our institute's own branding and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training / Teaching

• Teach core Digital Marketing: SEO, SMM, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Organic Marketing
• Teach E-Commerce Selling & Portals: Shopify, Dropshipping, Amazon Seller, Flipkart Seller, Meesho
• Teach AI tools used in modern digital marketing (see below) as part of the curriculum
• Prepare session plans, assignments, and live practical projects for students
• Handhold students on live projects — store setup, campaign creation, product listing, optimization
• Doubt-solving and mentorship till course/batch completion

1. Institute Branding & Marketing

• Manage Yash Skill Hub's own social media (Instagram, etc.) and overall brand presence
• Plan and run ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) to generate admission leads
• Content planning for reels/posts/creatives (with designer/content support)
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation, ad copy, and creative production for the institute
• Support in improving Google reviews and online reputation
• Assist in marketing strategy and campaigns for new course launches

Required Skills & Knowledge

Core Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

• Hands-on experience in SEO, SMM, Paid Ads (Meta/Google), and Organic Marketing
• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms — Shopify, Amazon Seller, Flipkart Seller, Meesho, Dropshipping models

AI Tools & Modern Optimization Knowledge (Must-Have)

• ChatGPT / Gemini for content & ad copy
• Canva AI / Adobe Firefly for creatives
• CapCut / Pika for AI video & reels
• AI SEO tools (SurferSEO, Semrush, Ubersuggest)
• Meta Advantage+ / Google Performance Max
• AI chatbots & WhatsApp automation (e.g. AiSensy)
• Prompt engineering basics

Other Technical Skills

• SEO Optimization: keyword research, on-page/technical SEO, AI-assisted content optimization
• Ad Optimization: A/B testing, audience targeting, campaign budget optimization (CBO), retargeting/remarketing
• Conversion & Funnel Optimization: landing page optimization, CRO basics, lead funnel tracking
• Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager insights, basic data-driven decision making

Other Requirements

• Prior teaching/training experience preferred (or strong communication skills to teach)
• Comfortable managing a brand's social media/ads independently
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
