Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Sales

Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Namastey Homes across corporate, medical, and leisure verticals

Oversee social media management, content planning, and online engagement to drive visibility and conversion

Manage and optimize OTA listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, MagicBricks, etc.) for maximum occupancy

Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and booking conversions to ensure marketing ROI

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, medical institutions, and travel partners

Lead and train a small marketing team or interns to ensure consistent execution of brand strategy

Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging digital tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve
