We operate two growing businesses:

Qazila – India's No.1 e-commerce brand in hair patches for men and accessories category selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and B2B channels.

Malhotra Hair Replacement – One of Delhi's leading premium hair replacement service providers.

We are looking for someone who can become the founder's right-hand person by managing day-to-day operations, marketing, data analysis and marketplace activities.

This is not a single-function role. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new skills and taking ownership, we'd love to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

• Manage Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify stores.
• Create and optimize product listings.
• Monitor inventory and catalogue health.
• Coordinate with marketplaces regarding issues.
• Improve product visibility and conversions.

Performance Marketing

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR and other KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Coordinate creative requirements with designers.

Business Operations

• Prepare daily and weekly business reports.
• Analyze sales and business performance.
• Create Excel reports and dashboards.
• Perform data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in operational decision-making.

Accounting & Reconciliation

• Marketplace payment reconciliations.
• Basic accounting entries.
• Sales and settlement reconciliation.
• Coordinate with CA/accountant when required.

Branding & Growth

• Assist in branding initiatives.
• Improve customer experience.
• Suggest conversion rate optimization (CRO) ideas.
• Research competitors and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Experience working with multiple marketplaces.
• Comfortable learning new software and tools.
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is a plus.
