Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, drive high-quality lead generation, and maintain our digital assets. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, optimizing our website for search engines, and building/managing landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive consistent, high-quality business leads.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, boost website traffic, and increase keyword visibility.
• Website & Landing Page Management: Build, update, and maintain business website and landing pages using WordPress. Ensure all inquiry and lead-capture forms are functioning perfectly.
• Data Collection & Tracking: Set up and monitor lead tracking, ensuring all website inquiries are successfully captured, recorded, and routed to the sales team.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates, ROI) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Requirements & SkillsExperience: 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor (or similar page builders), Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• SEO Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush/Ahrefs is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data and tweak strategies for better cost-per-lead (CPL).
• Communication: Good written English skills for ad copywriting and basic website content.
