Job Description
- 1. Role & Responsibility
- Campaign Management: Facebook aur Instagram pe end-to-end ads setup karna (Awareness, Conversion, Lead Gen).
- Meta Norms & Policies: Ad account disable hone se bachane ke liye Meta ki policies (Copywriting, Image standards) ki puri jankari.
- Performance Tracking: ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) aur CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) ko monitor aur optimize karna.
- Pixel & API: Meta Pixel aur Conversion API setup karne ka experience.
- 2. Required Skills Ads Manager aur Business Suite ka advanced knowledge.
- Audience Research (Lookalike aur Retargeting audiences banana).
- A/B Testing ka tajurba (Creative aur Headline test karna).
- Basic Reporting (Daily/Weekly performance report Excel ya Sheets mein dena).
- 3. Experience & QualificationMin. 1-2 saal ka Meta Ads chalane ka experience.
- Pehle kitna budget handle kiya hai (Monthly Ad Spend capacity).
- Agar koi certification hai (Meta Blueprint) toh woh ek plus point hai.
