Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Execute A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Google Ads/PPC campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing, Shopping Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
