Position: Chauffeur / Company Driver

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and responsible Chauffeur / Company Driver to drive the company vehicle safely and efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for providing transportation support to the management/company personnel and ensuring timely and comfortable travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company vehicle safely and responsibly as per the assigned schedule.
• Provide pick-up and drop-off services for management and authorized company personnel.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at designated locations.
• Be available for local as well as outstation travel whenever required.
• The candidate may occasionally be required to stay outside Delhi for business-related travel.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the travel plans, destinations, conversations, meetings, and other information encountered during duty.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle.
• Conduct routine checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, engine oil, and other basic requirements.
• Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and repair of the vehicle and report any issues to the concerned person.
• Follow all traffic rules and maintain valid driving documents, including Driving Licence and other required documents.
• Maintain discretion and professional conduct at all times while accompanying management or company personnel.
• Assist with luggage, documents, or other travel-related requirements when required.
• Keep accurate records of fuel, tolls, parking, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Perform any other driving or travel-related duties assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a Company Driver / Personal Driver / Chauffeur will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of highways and routes and also google maps.
• Willingness to travel outstation and stay outside Delhi occasionally.
• Good communication skills and professional behaviour.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and disciplined.
• Should maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to handle the company vehicle responsibly and carefully.
• Candidates should be flexible with working hours as per business and management requirements.
