The candidate should have experience in paper typing, document formatting, desktop publishing, and print-ready design creation. The ideal candidate must ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all assigned work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesType and format question papers, answer keys, books, notes, and educational documents with 100% accuracy.
• Create and edit brochures, certificates, flyers, books, and other print materials.
• Prepare print-ready files using proper fonts, margins, layouts, and color settings.
• Perform Hindi and English typing (if required).
• Proofread documents and correct spelling, formatting, and layout errors.
• Coordinate with the printing team for high-quality output.
• Manage multiple assignments and complete work within deadlines.
• Maintain and update existing design templates and documents.
• Required SkillsFast and accurate Paper Typing / Data Typing
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe PageMaker
• CorelDRAW
• MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Power BI (Basic knowledge preferred)
• Good understanding of typography, page layout, and print production
• Strong attention to detail and time management
