We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, order management, and coordination with marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
- Upload products with accurate descriptions, images, pricing & inventory updates
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports
- Run basic promotions, deals & offers on marketplaces
- Ensure timely dispatch and reduce RTO/returns
