Job Description
Product Listing & Optimization: Creating, updating, and optimizing product catalogs to maximize visibility.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory tracking across all platforms.
Order Processing & Dispatch: Managing the lifecycle of orders from placement to timely fulfillment.
Customer Query Handling: Resolving customer questions, issues, and inquiries promptly.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements: Processing customer returns and handling reverse logistics efficiently.
Account Health & Performance: Monitoring and maintaining high seller metrics and platform performance scores.
Promotions, Offers & Advertising: Planning and executing marketing campaigns, deals, and promotional advertisements.
Reports, Analytics & Growth: Generating sales reports, analyzing marketplace data, and implementing strategies for business growth.
