Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage online orders and product listings.
Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Make confirmation calls to customers for order verification.
Update inventory and order status.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass.
Basic English and computer knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Good phone etiquette and confidence in speaking with customers.
