Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

📌 Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Executive with 3–4 years of experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and order management across multiple platforms. The role focuses on lead generation, customer handling, and driving online sales using strong data management and platform expertise.

📌 Key Responsibilities:·        

• Manage and operate all major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, and inventory updates
• Generate leads through online platforms and convert them into sales
• Manage customer queries,
• client relationships, and order processing·        
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and dispatch
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports using Excel and ERP systems
• Ensure accuracy in data management and regular updates across platforms
• Optimize listings and campaigns to improve visibility and sales
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications:        

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce (preferably IT hardware industry)
• Strong knowledge of multiple online marketplaces and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and client handling
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, accessories, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
