Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented e-commerce platform executive to manage and grow our company’s online marketplace accounts. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth order management, product listings, customer coordination, and sales performance optimization.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage and operate company accounts on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process and track orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Run and monitor promotions, discounts, and platform campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, marketplace trends, and competitor activity.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and account performance.
- Ensure account health metrics and compliance with platform policies.
- Work with marketing/design teams to improve product visibility and conversions.
