Job Description

E-commerce Executive – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho. The candidate should have good knowledge of product listing, order management, catalog handling, and online sales coordination.

  • Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho
  • Create and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions & keywords
  • Handle inventory updates and stock management
  • Process and track orders, returns, cancellations & customer queries
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth dispatch
  • Monitor product performance, sales & marketplace reports
  • Run promotional offers, discounts & marketplace campaigns
  • Maintain pricing and competitor analysis
  • Ensure account health and policy compliance on all platforms
  • Requirements:Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Meesho Panel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience in e-commerce marketplace management preferred
  • Freshers with good learning skills can also apply
