Job Description
E-commerce Executive – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho. The candidate should have good knowledge of product listing, order management, catalog handling, and online sales coordination.
- Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho
- Create and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions & keywords
- Handle inventory updates and stock management
- Process and track orders, returns, cancellations & customer queries
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth dispatch
- Monitor product performance, sales & marketplace reports
- Run promotional offers, discounts & marketplace campaigns
- Maintain pricing and competitor analysis
- Ensure account health and policy compliance on all platforms
- Requirements:Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Meesho Panel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in e-commerce marketplace management preferred
- Freshers with good learning skills can also apply
