E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Operations ExecutiveWe are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily marketplace operations for our home appliances brand. The main work will be around Flipkart, Amazon FBA, and other e-commerce websites. The candidate should be good with Excel/Google Sheets, order tracking, return reconciliation, and coordination with warehouse, pickup, and return teams.Roles• Manage daily e-commerce operations on Flipkart, Amazon, and other marketplaces.• Track orders picked up from the warehouse and maintain proper order-wise data.• Reconcile pickup reports with warehouse dispatch data and marketplace reports.• Reconcile return reports with the return team and ensure all returned items are properly tracked.• Manage Amazon FBA shipments, stock movement, and shipment status.• Coordinate with pickup team, return team, warehouse staff, and marketplace support teams.• Handle daily operational issues related to orders, returns, claims, cancellations, and missing pickups.• Maintain proper records of order ID, product name, quantity, pickup status, return status, and issue status.• Follow up for undelivered, RTO, damaged, missing, or wrongly returned products.• Support in resolving small daily marketplace issues and escalations.Responsibilities• Download and check pickup reports, return reports, and marketplace reports daily.• Match warehouse pickup data with Flipkart/Amazon pickup reports.• Maintain a clear sheet of all orders picked from the warehouse.• Track which products are returned, received, pending, damaged, or missing.• Coordinate with the return team to verify actual received items against return reports.• Raise issues or disputes for missing, damaged, wrong, or fake returns whenever required.• Prepare daily reports for pending pickups, pending returns, claims, and operational issues.• Create and manage FBA shipment data, labels, box details, and dispatch records.• Check inventory movement and update stock-related information when required.• Ensure all e-commerce records are updated properly and no order/return is missed.• Communicate with internal teams and marketplace support for issue resolution.Requirements• Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.• Experience with Flipkart seller panel is preferred.• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA will be an advantage.• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.• Ability to reconcile reports and maintain clean data.• Should be detail-oriented and able to track order-level issues properly.• Good communication and follow-up skills.• Should be responsible, organized, and comfortable handling daily repetitive work.• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse coordination, or marketplace support is preferred.Skills Required• Excel / Google Sheets• Flipkart Seller Hub• Amazon Seller Central / FBA• Order tracking• Return reconciliation• Pickup reconciliation• Inventory coordination• Data entry and reporting• Marketplace issue handling• Team coordinationWork TypeFull-time office-based role.
