E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and website. The candidate should have hands-on experience in listings, catalog updates, order coordination, pricing updates, promotions, and basic sales tracking.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable working on multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Zivame, Meesho, and Shopify
• Update product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, size charts, and prices
• Create and manage new listings and variation listings
• Coordinate for stock updates, order processing, and catalog corrections
• Monitor product visibility, pricing, and competition
• Support in running offers, discounts, coupons, and sale events
• Track daily sales and prepare basic reports in Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, images, and product updates
• Raise issues with marketplace support where needed
• Ensure listings are accurate and updated on time

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra or Shopify
• Experience in cataloging and listing management
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail and speed in execution
• Good communication and coordination skills

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Must have worked on online marketplaces or website backend
• Should be comfortable with repetitive and detail-based work
• Must be comfortable working from office
• Experience in fashion / apparel / lingerie / e-commerce preferred
