E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and efficient candidate to manage order processing and inventory operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, fast, and capable of handling daily warehouse activities smoothly.

• Key Responsibilities:Process daily e-commerce orders (packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination)
• Maintain accurate inventory records (stock entry, updates, and tracking)
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for timely restocking
• Organize and manage products within the warehouse
• Coordinate with courier partners for order dispatch
• Handle returns, replacements, and order-related issues
• Update order details and maintain data in the system
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse handling, or inventory management
• High work efficiency and ability to handle tasks quickly
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order management panels, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items without difficulty
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Preferred Skills:Experience with Amazon / Flipkart seller panels
• Basic knowledge of packing and logistics processes
• Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
