Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, claims & returns handling, stock coordination, and overall marketplace performance across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces and website.
• Create and optimize product listings with accurate content and images.
• Handle order processing, returns, claims, and customer queries.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory/logistics teams.
• Run and manage online promotions, ads, and marketplace campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
• Improve customer experience and conversion performance.

Requirements

• Graduate in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, Nykaa, etc.
• Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and order processing.
• Basic understanding of marketplace ads/promotions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and web analytics tools preferred.
