Job Title: E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Executive
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who can manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc. The candidate should have strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, Excel, and AI tools for data analysis and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Product listing and catalog management on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, attributes, and images.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs.
Track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Analyze sales performance and marketplace reports.
Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and discount campaigns.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for data analysis, reporting, content creation, and process automation.
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for marketplace growth.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with AI tools for reporting and analysis.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any stream.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or catalog operations.
Knowledge of advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) is a plus.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
