eCommerce Operations Manager

E-commerce Operations Manager – TahiliyaWe are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to own the complete day-to-day operations of Tahiliya across our D2C website and marketplaces. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations from catalog creation to order fulfillment, customer support, returns, reconciliations, and marketplace management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end product catalog creation and maintenance across Shopify, Myntra, and Nykaa Fashion.
• Operate and manage daily workflows through Unicommerce OMS, including order processing, inventory sync, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate new product launches, listings, pricing, inventory updates, product images, descriptions, and catalog health.
• Monitor order processing, dispatches, cancellations, and SLA adherence across all channels.
• Handle returns, exchanges, RTOs, reverse logistics, and claims while minimizing operational losses.
• Perform marketplace reconciliations, including settlements, refunds, deductions, claims, and payment verification.
• Manage customer support across Shopify, marketplaces, WhatsApp, email, and phone, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock synchronization across Shopify, marketplaces, and Unicommerce.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering sales, operations, inventory, returns, customer support, and marketplace performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Requirements3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce OMS is mandatory.
• Experience managing Shopify, Myntra, and Nykaa Seller Panels.
• Strong understanding of catalog management, order management, inventory control, returns/RTOs, and marketplace reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and operational analysis.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.

This is an ownership role for someone who can independently manage Tahiliya's end-to-end e-commerce operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience and operational excellence across all channels.
