We are a growing e-commerce company looking for an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and scale our online business. If you have a proven track record of managing top marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), optimizing product listings, running profitable ad campaigns, and handling day-to-day operations seamlessly, we want to hear from you.

# Listing & SEO Optimization: Create high-converting product listings on major marketplaces. Conduct keyword research to optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions to boost organic search rankings and sales.

# Advertising & Marketing: Setup, manage, and optimize marketplace advertisement campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads). Monitor key metrics like ACoS, ROAS, and CTR to ensure a positive ROI.

# Returns & Claims Management: Closely track customer/courier returns, file SPF (Seller Protection Fund) or SAFE-T claims for damaged/wrong returns, and follow up to ensure maximum reimbursement.

# Inventory & Order Management: Keep track of stock levels across channels

# Designing & Imaging: Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop. Create clean backgrounds, infographic images, and high-converting banner designs.
