Job Role: Education Counselor (Sales)
As an Education Counselor, you will guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths while helping them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and training programs
* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
* Build strong relationships with students and maintain regular communication
* Update CRM and maintain accurate student records
* Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the enrollment journey
Requirements
* Excellent communication and convincing skills
* Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset
* Basic computer knowledge
* Experience in sales, telecalling, or education counseling is preferred
* Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
