Position: Corporate IT Training Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Corporate IT Training Counselor to engage with corporate clients, understand their training requirements, and provide tailored IT training solutions. The counselor will act as a bridge between corporate teams and training experts, ensuring that organizational goals align with the learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

• Consult with corporate clients to understand their IT training needs and challenges.
• Offer strategic advice on training programs to meet organizational goals.

1. Training Solution Design:

• Work with technical teams to design and customize IT training solutions for various technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science, and software development.
• Recommend certifications and upskilling programs relevant to the client’s industry and workforce.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR teams and business leaders during training discussions.
• Provide updates and feedback on training progress, milestones, and results.

1. Training Delivery Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring alignment with client schedules and expectations.
• Manage training logistics, including materials, virtual platforms, or on-site setup.

1. Performance Evaluation:

Assess the effectiveness of training through client feedback, employee surveys, and post-training evaluations.

Generate reports on training impact, knowledge retention, and ROI.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of IT domains, including cloud technologies, DevOps, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to identify training needs and recommend solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and training projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training tools like Zoom, Teams, or Webex.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in counseling, corporate training, or IT consultancy.
• Knowledge of popular IT certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, PMP) is an added advantage.
