Electrical Site Visit & Government Tender Liaison Executive
📍 Location
Delhi/ Field-based (travel within city & nearby areas)
🧑💼 Job Summary
We are looking for a field-oriented executive who can handle site visits, government department coordination, and tender support activities for electrical projects. The role involves both technical understanding and on-ground follow-up work.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🏗️ Site Visit
Visit tender/project sites to understand actual work conditions
Verify BOQ (Bill of Quantity) with site reality
Measure/estimate basic requirements (cable length, fittings, etc.)
Identify risks, challenges, and additional work
Capture photos/videos and submit site reports
🏢 Government Liaison
Visit government offices (PWD, Municipal Corporation, Electricity Dept.)
Handle tender-related follow-ups and queries
Assist in submission of documents (if physical required)
Track tender status, approvals, and payments
Maintain professional relationship with officials
📁 Tender Support
Coordinate with internal team for tender preparation
Assist in collecting and verifying documents
Support in BOQ understanding and basic costing inputs
Ensure timelines and submission deadlines are met
🎯 Requirements
🎓 Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Electrical (preferred)
Freshers can apply if willing to do field work
🧠 Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical items (cables, panels, lighting, etc.)
Good communication (Gujarati, Hindi; basic English)
Ability to interact confidently with people
Basic mobile/WhatsApp usage for reporting
🚗 Other Requirements
Must have own bike & driving license
Willingness for daily field visits
Punctual and responsible attitude
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,500/month
Travel allowance: ₹3/km
Incentives:
Bonus on tender win:0.75% of Project Cost
⏰ Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible based on field work)
Sunday off (or as per company policy)
