Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faulty Bitcoin mining machines (ASIC miners).
  • Perform PCB-level troubleshooting and component replacement.
  • Repair and maintain hashboards, control boards, and power supply units (PSUs).
  • Test and calibrate mining machines after repair.
  • Install, configure, and update mining firmware when required.
  • Monitor machine performance, temperature, and hash rate.
  • Identify hardware failures and recommend suitable repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of repairs and service history.
  • Ensure all work follows electrical safety standards and company procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Required SkillsStrong understanding of electronics and electrical circuits.
  • Experience with soldering, desoldering, and PCB repair.
  • Knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, and electronic testing equipment.
  • Familiarity with ASIC mining machines (Antminer, WhatsMiner, Avalon, etc.).
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, LAN setup, router configuration).
  • Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
