Core Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Mount wall-mounted, island, or straight-line chimneys. Correctly align the unit, drill structural walls, and mount safety brackets.
• Ducting & Pipe Layout: Install, route, and properly seal exhaust duct pipes. Cut wall exits and place exterior cowls/caps to prevent pest entry and smoke backflow.
• Deep Cleaning & Degreasing: Dismantle and chemical-clean mesh filters, baffle filters, carbon filters, and inner fan blowers to eliminate stubborn oil residue.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Inspect non-functional units to identify issues like low suction power, short circuits, or unusual rattling noises.
• Electrical & Electronics Repair: Replace or repair faulty Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), capacitor switches, touch panels, motion sensors, and LED lighting fixtures.
• Mechanical Overhauling: Service, lubricate, or replace worn-out fan blower motors, bearings, and auto-clean heating elements.
• Safety & Compliance Checks: Test electrical earthing, inspect wire insulation, check for structural stability, and ensure the unit sits at the correct height above the cooktop.
• Customer Advisory: Educate homeowners on daily maintenance, proper filter cleaning intervals, and the use of specialized auto-clean features.
