Electronic Service Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Electronic Service Engineer for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial laundry machines used in hotels, hospitals, commercial laundries, and industrial facilities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial electronics, control systems, and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial washing machines, dryers, flatwork ironers, and other laundry equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and electronic systems including PLCs, control panels, sensors, relays, timers, drives, and HMI systems.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Attend customer complaints and provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting.
• Test machine performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely service completion.
• Train operators on machine controls and basic maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial machinery or automation systems preferred.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control circuits.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
