Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Design
* Design electronic circuits.
* Develop analog and digital hardware.
* Design multilayer PCBs using industry-standard software.
* Prepare schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing files (Gerber, Pick & Place, etc.).
* Select appropriate electronic components and optimize designs for reliability and cost.
Embedded Systems Development
* Develop firmware in C and Embedded C.
* Program microcontrollers (STM32, PIC, AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, etc.).
* Debug and optimize embedded software.
* Integrate sensors, encoders, displays, keypads, communication modules, and motor control interfaces.
IoT & Communication
* Develop IoT-enabled monitoring systems.
* Integrate Wi-Fi, GSM/4G, Ethernet, RS-485, CAN Bus, and Modbus communication.
* Implement remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance features.
CAD & Documentation
* Prepare electrical wiring diagrams.
* Design layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.
* Create technical documentation, wiring schedules, and assembly drawings.
* Maintain revision-controlled design documents.
Testing & Manufacturing Support
* Prototype and test hardware.
* Support PCB fabrication and assembly.
* Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues.
* Coordinate with production for manufacturing and quality control.
Required Qualifications
* B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems.
* M.Tech in Embedded Systems (preferred but not mandatory).
