Job Description

You will handle emergency alerts and calls from elderly users, support them calmly, and coordinate help when needed.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor SOS alerts from users
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emergency calls
  • Speak calmly and guide elderly users during emergencies
  • Coordinate with family members and service providers (e.g., ambulances)
  • Log call details and follow escalation steps
  • Take quick and responsible decisions
