Job Description

OUR COMPANY is looking for a smart, professional, and presentable Personal Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information professionally.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Handle email correspondence, calls, and official communications.

- Assist in GeM portal operations, tender submissions, and related documentation.

- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and data analysis using Excel.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

- Draft professional letters, emails, and business documents.

- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.

- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

- Support the Director in daily administrative and operational activities.


Required Qualifications:


- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

- Good working knowledge of the GeM portal.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
