Job Description – Executive Assistant to Director/OwnerCompany:Aimlay Pvt. Ltd.

Position:Executive Assistant to Owner/Director

Location:Rohini West, Sector-10, Delhi

Experience:5–10 Years

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Owner/Director in managing daily operations, calendar schedules, meetings, communications, and confidential tasks. The candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and maintain records of discussions and action points.
  • Handle email communication and follow-ups on behalf of management.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel plans, and business schedules.
  • Manage confidential documents and important business information.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS.
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and internal departments.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by the Director/Owner.
  • Support administrative and operational activities as required.
  • Required Skills:Strong experience as Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills.
  • Experience in preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with high confidentiality standards.

Qualification:Graduation/Post Graduation preferred.
