Role

GST – Compliance
• Compilation of required monthly GST Returns Data
• Checking of accuracy of data provided based on provisions of GST
Laws and notify the errors to the concerned Accounts person
• Filing of Returns with corrected data - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-
6, GSTR-8
• Coordination with GST Auditors for annual Return and GST Audit
• Filing of Annual Returns and GST Audit Report - GSTR-9, GSTR-C
• Generation of E-Way Bills, System automation, etc
• Preparation and generation of Cross Charge & ISD Invoices

GST – Litigation
• Assisting in Preparation & submissions of facts and Legal replies in
respect to ASMT-10, DRC-01A, DRC-01 (SCNs) issued.
• Liaisoning with GST Authorities and related Appellate Authorities.
• Assisting in Preparation & submissions of facts and Legal replies to
GST Departmental Audit Team, CERA Audit Team, CAG Audit
Team, Anti Evasion Team and DGGST Intelligence in respect to
Summon, Audit and SCN proceedings.
• Correspondences / Liaisoning with Advocates in relation to appeals /
matters posted at CESTAT, High Court and Supreme Court.

GST – Advisory
• Understanding of business transaction, Providing Advisory Services, monitoring of changes in laws and implementation needed in
organisation’s accounting system.
• Assisting in Interpreting and discussing GST laws from time to time
in order to reach correct understanding of the legal requirement and
maintaining Opinion data.
• Assisting in Interpreting and discussing GST laws from time to time

• Review of various proposed Transactions to decide the taxability /
Chargeability
• Review tax clauses of agreements
• Staff training and group discussion in order to have better
implementation through proper understanding of GST laws.

Academic Qualification & Experience

*Semi qualified CA with at least 5 years’
*relevant experience / Commerce
*Graduate with at least 10 years relevant
experiences
*Experience in handling GST
*Having Experience in handling of
*Indirect Tax Compliance & Litigation of
*Large OEM/Corporate

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Should have strong Knowledge and experience of SAP and advance excel.

Behavioural Skills

Should have soft communication skills.
Should have the ability to manage stress.
