Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We have an exciting opening for Expeditor – Desk for a leading EPC/TIC Project (Outsourced)
Designation: Expeditor – Desk
Location:NCR, Delhi
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 CTC
Qualification: AMICE (Civil) / BE (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
Experience: 5–7 Years
Job Responsibilities:
• Track vendor schedules and ensure timely submission of inspection and quality documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, QA/QC teams, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders for approvals and compliance
• Prepare and maintain expediting status reports, trackers, dashboards, and progress updates
• Monitor procurement activities and follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
• Escalate project risks, delays, and non-compliance issues with recommended mitigation actions
• Support procurement teams through vendor coordination, compliance verification, and document validation
• Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and updates within ERP systems
• Monitor vendor documentation performance and identify recurring delays or quality concerns
• Provide early warnings and risk alerts to support proactive schedule management
• Align supplier commitments with project schedules, milestones, and client requirements
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting efficiency, and digital tool adoption initiatives
Required Skills:
• Experience in Desk Expediting and Vendor Follow-up activities
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and project tracking tools
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor quality documentation
• Experience in expediting, supply chain management, or project coordination
• Ability to prepare reports, trackers, dashboards, and status updates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on schedule management
Preferred Industry Experience:
• EPC Projects
• TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) Industry
• Vendor Management and Supply Chain Operations
