Job Title: Facility Manager (Managerial Level)

Location: Daryaganj

Age Criteria: 35 – 47 Years

Experience: 10+ Years (Relevant Experience Required)

Salary – 4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall administration and facility management of office premises 

• Handling day-to-day facility operations & maintenance activities 

• Managing vendors, negotiations, and ensuring timely service delivery 

• Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking orders 

• Handling online procurement / order management 

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and general documents 

• Maintaining records, documentation, and compliance-related files 

• Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies 

• Ensuring smooth office operations and problem-solving on a daily basis

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Administration & Facility Management 

• Good exposure to Maintenance & Vendor Management 

• Hands-on experience in Purchase & Procurement Processes 

• Strong Drafting Skills (Contracts, official documents, emails, etc.) 

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 

• Decent communication skills (verbal & written) 

• High level of practical intelligence (IQ) and problem-solving ability 

• Mature, responsible, and decision-making capability
