Job Description

पद का नाम: फार्मर / फार्म वर्कर

कार्यस्थल: Sainik Farm, New Delhi

रिपोर्टिंग: फार्म मैनेजर / मालिक

  1. कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:खेत, बगीचे एवं फार्म क्षेत्र की दैनिक देखभाल करना।
  2. पौधों की रोपाई, सिंचाई, निराई-गुड़ाई एवं कटाई का कार्य करना।
  3. फल, सब्जियों एवं अन्य फसलों की देखरेख करना।
  4. खाद, उर्वरक एवं कीटनाशकों का सुरक्षित उपयोग करना।
  5. फार्म की साफ-सफाई एवं रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करना।
  6. कृषि उपकरणों एवं मशीनों के संचालन में सहायता करना।
  7. पौधों एवं फसलों की स्थिति की नियमित निगरानी करना।
  8. वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कृषि संबंधी कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:खेती-बाड़ी / फार्म कार्य का अनुभव।
  • पौधों एवं कृषि कार्यों की सामान्य जानकारी।
  • शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ एवं मेहनती।
  • खुले वातावरण में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
  • अनुशासित एवं जिम्मेदार व्यवहार।
  • वरीयता:फार्म हाउस, नर्सरी, बागवानी या कृषि कार्य का पूर्व अनुभव।
  • कृषि उपकरणों के उपयोग का अनुभव।
  • वेतन एवं सुविधाएँ:वेतन: अनुभव के अनुसार।
  • आवास एवं भोजन: कंपनी की नीति अनुसार।
  • साप्ताहिक अवकाश एवं अन्य सुविधाएँ नियमानुसार।
