Job Description

Job Title: Field Executive – E-Commerce Operations

Company: PERCH Brands Private Limited

Location: Udyog Nagar, Nangloi, New Delhi

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Type: Full-time

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with courier partners, warehouses, and vendors.
  • Handle shipment pickups, returns, and operational follow-ups.
  • Visit marketplace and logistics partners for documentation and issue resolution.
  • Submit daily field activity reports.
  • Support day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • RequirementsMinimum 1 year of field operations, logistics, or delivery experience.
  • Own bike with a valid driving licence (Mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Maps and smartphone applications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to travel across Delhi/NCR.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
