Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate (Web & Mobile App)

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and onboard users for our Real Estate Web and Mobile Application. The role involves field sales, direct customer interaction, and business-to-business (B2B) engagement to expand our platform’s reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and explain the features and benefits of the Real Estate Web & Mobile App to potential customers.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales and generate leads in assigned areas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and businesses (B2B sales).
  • Onboard new users and assist them in app registration and usage.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Higher qualifications will be an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of using smartphones, mobile apps, and laptops.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience Required:

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in:
  • Door-to-door sales
  • Field sales
  • B2B sales (preferably in real estate, telecom, or similar industries)
