Field Recruiter

Medulance is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment for our frontline healthcare and ambulance operations. The role will primarily focus on hiring Nursing Staff, Ambulance Drivers/Pilots, Paramedics and other field-level operational staff across multiple locations.

The candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel and visiting Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities/towns to build local recruitment networks and conduct hiring drives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Nursing Staff, Ambulance Drivers/Pilots, Paramedics and other frontline employees.
• Conduct regular field visits to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Build strong local hiring networks through hospitals, nursing institutes, ITIs, driving schools, local references, job fairs, community networks and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct walk-in drives, local recruitment camps and screening activities at different locations.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, qualifications and location.
• Coordinate interviews, document verification, background verification and joining formalities.
• Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for upcoming ambulance and healthcare manpower requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the HR and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and deployment.
• Track candidate dropouts, no-shows and joining conversions and take corrective actions.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports covering sourcing, interviews, selections, offers and joining status.
• Develop cost-effective and reliable local recruitment sources to reduce dependency on agencies.
• Support urgent and bulk hiring requirements across different Medulance locations.

• Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in blue-collar, healthcare or field recruitment.
• Experience in hiring nurses, drivers, ambulance staff, paramedics or other frontline manpower will be preferred.
• Strong local market sourcing and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and tight joining timelines.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.

Ability to work independently in field locations.
