Field Recruiter

Role Overview

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding blue-collar candidates for Pronto's workforce requirements. The role involves extensive fieldwork, candidate mobilization, conducting interviews, coordinating training center visits, and ensuring successful joining of candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing - Generate leads through field activities, references, local networks, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Visit high-footfall locations, markets, residential areas, colleges, coaching centers, and labor hubs to identify potential candidates.
• Set up hiring camps, canopies, and walk-in drives.

Candidate Screening

• Explain job roles, salary, incentives, and joining requirements.
• Conduct preliminary screening and eligibility checks.
• Collect required documents and candidate details.

Interview & Onboarding

• Coordination - Schedule candidate interviews and training sessions.
• Coordinate with training hubs and operations teams.
• Ensure candidates attend training and complete joining formalities.
• Follow-up & Conversion - Maintain regular contact with candidates.
• Resolve candidate queries regarding job location, salary, shifts, and documentation.
• Track candidates from lead generation to successful joining.

Reporting

• Submit daily activity reports.
• Update recruitment trackers and candidate status.
• Maintain records of leads, interviews, training attendance, and joinings.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Comfortable with field travel and outdoor activities.
• Ability to convince and engage candidates.
• Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Forms, Sheets, etc.).
• Self-driven and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in field sales, recruitment, staffing, telecalling, or community mobilization preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and fieldwork willingness may also apply.
