About the Role

Responsibilities:

·        Daily market visits within assigned zones

·        Merchant acquisition and onboarding

·        Explaining company business model to merchants

·        Generating merchant leads and pipeline

·        Conducting merchant meetings and follow-ups

·        Achieving onboarding targets

·        Daily reporting and CRM updates

·        Maintaining professional brand representation

DAILY FIELD EXPECTATIONS

·        Minimum 20 merchant visits daily

·        Minimum 1 merchant onboarding per day

·        Target expectation: 2 merchants onboarding daily

·        Daily pipeline generation mandatory

·        Proper CRM reporting mandatory

Qualifications:

·        12TH PASS /Graduate

·        Communication: Hindi /English

·        Product: LED Screen Panels/frames.

Pay range and compensation package:

·        Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

·        Travel Allowance: ₹5,000

WORKING SCHEDULE

·        Reporting Time: 10:00 AM

·        Logout Time: 6:00 PM

·        Saturday: Half Working Day

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

·        This is a target-oriented field sales role

·        Candidates must be comfortable with daily field activities

·        Merchant acquisition performance shall be monitored regularly

·        Daily reporting and market discipline are mandatory

INTERVIEW & REPORTING PROCESS:

·        Screening will be done from our end proper as question shared by client

·        One round of interview daily, scheduled between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (10–15 minutes).

·        Onboarding 20th/23rd June 2026

·        Field sales - On day of joining need to visit Backend Office North Delhi

·        After That virtual training will be conducted.
