Job Description

Generate new business opportunities from industrial customers and manufacturing units.• Visit factories, industrial areas, workshops, OEMs, and engineering companies regularly.• Promote and sell thermic fluid oils, hydraulic oils, transformer oils, cutting oils, greases, and industrial lubricants.• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with maintenance, purchase, production, and plant teams.• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, trials, and purchase orders.• Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing and dispatch.• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.• Generate daily visit reports and weekly sales reports.


Requirements


• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline. Technical background preferred.• 1–5 years of field sales experience in industrial products, lubricants, chemicals, engineering products, or B2B sales.• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to travel extensively for customer visits.• Basic knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes will be an advantage.• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and CRM tools.
